FAMCON is a youth music and entrerpreneuship conference serving Philadelphia youth interested in creative entrepreneurship. This conference is designed to inspire, educate, empower and spark young musicians and aspiring entrepreneurs. Our mission is to provide a platform for young creatives to explore the intersection of music, business, and innovation, fostering the next generation of creative entrepreneurs.

"This IS the ball" is a 1-hour workshop introducing and exploring the history and production of Ballroom from Paris Is Burning through 2006. Named to affirm that Ballroom never ended, the session is to highlight key artists and move-makers in the scene, categories forgotten and remembered that ultimately shaped pop-culture as we know it today, and sonic innovations that have deeply inspired the current sound of artists around the world...whether they know it or not.
It will also be further diving into the subtle yet extremely similar connections within the ballroom community. Participants will gain a grounded understanding of Ballroom’s evolution, honoring the legends and legacy that continue to influence music and performance art today.
