15 Month Fellowship
The FamFrequency Productions Fellowship is a 15-month artist development experience designed for Philadelphia high school students who are passionate about music, creativity, and entrepreneurship. Since launching in 2023, the fellowship has helped emerging student-artists build technical music production skills, develop professional portfolios, earn income through creative work, and gain access to industry mentors, internships, and real-world opportunities.
Through two intensive summer accelerators and a year of internships, workshops, mentorship, paid opportunities, and portfolio development, fellows learn how to navigate the creative economy as artists, producers, DJs, engineers, and entrepreneurs. Students develop the skills, relationships, and confidence needed to turn their creativity into sustainable opportunities while building a foundation for future careers in music and beyond.
Spin Academy
FFP Spin Academy is a DJ training program that introduces young women and gender-expansive youth to the art, culture, and business of DJing. Through hands-on instruction, mentorship, and live performance opportunities, participants build technical skills, confidence, and community through music.
FAM Sessions
FAM Sessions is our community event series that connects aspiring creatives with working professionals across the music and entertainment industries. Through panels, conversations, and networking experiences, attendees gain insight into creative careers while building relationships that can support their growth.
Famcon
FAMCON is FamFrequency Productions' annual music and entrepreneurship conference for emerging artists, creative entrepreneurs, and industry professionals. Through workshops, panels, and interactive experiences, attendees gain practical knowledge, expand their networks, and explore new opportunities within the creative economy.
